This Privacy Policy describes how Crewt Consulting and its affiliates (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collect, use, share, protect, or otherwise process your information/personal data through our website www.afour.art (“Platform”). You may browse certain sections of the Platform without registering. We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India.

By visiting this Platform, providing your information, or availing any product/service offered, you expressly agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable laws of India (including data protection and privacy laws). If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform.

Collection

We collect personal data during use of our Platform/services or when interacting with us, including but not limited to: name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID, identity or address proof, payment information (bank account, credit/debit card), and any biometric data. Sensitive personal data is collected with consent, per applicable laws. You can always choose not to provide information by not using certain services or features.

We may track your behaviour, preferences, and other voluntarily provided information. This is analysed on an aggregated basis.

Information from transactions on our Platform or third-party business partners (whose privacy policies govern their collection) may also be collected. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices; please read their policies.

Never disclose PINs, passwords, or sensitive personal information to callers/emailers falsely claiming to be representatives of our company. If you have, report immediately to law enforcement.

We use personal data to provide requested services, assist sellers and partners in fulfilling orders, enhance customer experience, resolve disputes, troubleshoot, customise experience, detect fraud, enforce terms, and conduct marketing research or surveys. Marketing communications allow opt-out.

Terms and Conditions

Introduction

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related regulations. These Terms are published as required by Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.

By accessing www.afour.art (“Platform”), owned by Crewt Consulting (a partnership registered in Kolkata, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”) as well as all policies and terms incorporated herein by reference.

Use of Services

You agree to provide accurate and complete registration info and are responsible for all actions carried out under your account. Use of the Platform and Services is at your own risk. Assess and ensure suitability of services for your needs.

Intellectual Property

Contents of the Platform and Services (design, graphics, layout, look) are proprietary. Unauthorized use will be subject to legal action.

Payment

You agree to pay all charges associated with availing services.

Prohibited Use

Platform/Services must not be used for unlawful purposes or in violation of Terms or local/national laws.

Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites are for convenience. You will be governed by third-party terms and policies on their platforms.

Transactional Contract

Initiating a transaction forms a binding contract between you and Crewt Consulting.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold Crewt Consulting and affiliates harmless from any claim arising from your breach of Terms, Privacy Policy, other policies, laws, or third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

Crewt Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages related to use/inability to use the Services. Maximum direct liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Services or Rs. 100, whichever is less.

Force Majeure

No liability for failure/delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Terms shall be governed by laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

Domestic shipping: Orders are delivered within 3–4 weeks of confirmation. Delays due to weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

International shipping: We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 2 days (48 hours) after receiving your item to request a return. Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected, and return approval communicated within a further 2 days.

After 48-hours (2 days) all sales are marked final and no returns will be entertained. 

We only accept returns/refunds in the following cases:

1. Item damaged on arrival to the buyer

2. Wrong item was shipped to the buyer. 

For a successful return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@afour.art, with photographic or video proof of the product damaged on arrival, or in case the wrong product has been sent. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank/credit card processing times may vary. If no refund is received within 15 business days of approval, contact us at support@afour.art.
